Account reset

My account was resetted (level 63 and a few thousend gold) after not playing for a few month...

i do not know of the reason (inactivity = account reset? if so then please state that somewhere in the homepage)...

i would really love to keep playing this game but my account is now level 1and all items ect. are lost...

please fix this or give me my account back or somthing...
